Nate, Bangkok & Koh Phangan

So another Moroski set foot in Asia...finally!! Nate arrived in Bangkok for a week and we flew South to one of Thailand's islands - Koh Phangan. Its on the map, in the South of Thailand, above the "starred" Koh Samui. It is low season in Thailand at the moment - meaning it rains at least once a day, which is nice because the resorts are cheap and there aren't very many tourists. We spent the week tanning on beautiful beaches, swimming in warm water, feeding elephants, riding motorbikes, enjoying an occasional Singha (Thai beer), and watching the World Cup! It was great to see Nate, after not seeing any of the fam for 7 months. Come visit and I'll take you to an island as well! x

Apology

So, sorry I've haven't posted anything recently... my camera was stolen when I went down south to Koh Phi Phi. I am in the process of getting the photos from my friends that I traveled with, so will make a new post shortly.

Nate is coming in about a week and a half, which also means that there will be plenty of posts as well!

Prague

Prague, Czech Republic. It was just a matter of getting in touch with my roots, considering I think I am 1/8th Czech. Wow did it feel like home ;) I loved it! The architecture, weather, people and beer are hard to beat. Although the city is full of tourists - myself included - there are so many places to run off to and escape the crowds - like their version of the Eiffel tower (see above). I highly recommend Prague -- get there!
